We dispatch orders with Royal Mail 'Tracked & Signed'. While we are working on finding the best solution for our delivery times during Royal Mail strikes, we can make arrangements for special deliveries using courier services.

Postage charge for European & International orders is Tracked & Signed, calculated on weight. 

Delivery 

All orders are subject to availability; we endeavour to dispatch eveyry order within 1 working day upon receipt

Packaging 

Jewellery is securely wrapped in black tissue and placed into our branded black velvet pouches & matching mini shopping bags made for us in Milan.

Payments 

Georgiana Scott & The Hoop Station accepts all major credit cards and operates with Shopify and PayPal; all transactions are processed in pounds sterling.
